Pico de Gallo

Get excited everyone!  This is a recipe that is so easy you have no excuse not to make it no matter your skill level in the kitchen.  If you can master this simple salsa, every party you host will be a success.  Salsa is not only fantastic for dipping chips in, it’s also great for topping all kinds of things!  Tacos, steaks, sandwiches, eggs…you name it and it’s probably better with fresh salsa on top.

Pico de Gallo

Serves: 10

2 large tomato, diced
½ small white onion, finely diced
cilantro leaves, roughly chopped, to taste
1 serrano chile, seeds removed, finely chopped
lime to taste
salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Allow to sit at least 30 minutes before serving.
