New School of Cooking Hosts Chef Dominique Crenn

New School of Cooking is thrilled to be hosting this year’s WCR (Women Chefs and Restauranteurs) conference on Monday, April 18th.  Michelin Star Chef, Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn) will be demonstrating on campus as well as other notables in the food, wine and restaurant scene; Chef Niki Nakayama (N/Naka), Nan Kohler (Grist & Toll), Executive Sommelier Kirsten Fox and many others. There will be several educational lectures and demonstrations throughout the day.  The conference kicks off Saturday evening April 16th and runs through Monday evening.  New School of Cooking students will also be volunteering their services throughout the conference.

WCR was founded in 1993 by Barbara Tropp and several other female food influencers and successfully connects women in all aspects of the culinary profession.  Current president, chef and TV persona Elizabeth Faulkner, credits WCR for her steadfast career.  The community is incredibly supportive.
