On May 25th, Chef Eric Ripert will join LA Times restaurant critic, Jonathan Gold for a Q&A and book signing at Vroman’s Bookstore in Pasadena to celebrate the release of his new cookbook, 32 Yolks. Ripert has had an incredible culinary career, which began in Paris and has taken root in New York City. His restaurant, Le Bernardin, has held 3 Michelin stars since it opened in 2005.
